Meet the Stable: Brenden Hall 🏊‍♂️♿ One of Australia’s most enduring and decorated Paralympians, @brendenhall93 is the fifth athlete in history to compete at five Paralympic Games, a three‑time current world record holder, and Australia’s longest‑serving World Championship swimmer. At just six years old, Brenden lost his right leg and much of his hearing after contracting chickenpox. Told “no” more times than he can count, he chose a different path, building a career defined by grit, persistence and the relentless pursuit of what’s possible. Across five Games, Brenden has claimed three Paralympic gold medals, alongside silver and bronze, and continues to push limits both in and beyond the pool. Now a father of two, qualified physiotherapist and natural storyteller, Brenden brings humour, heart and grounded insight to speaking, media, brand and MC roles. Want Brenden to speak at your next event? Get in touch with the Talent Stable team today! #TalentStable

Everyone’s talking about using AI to write content. But here’s the thing where a lot of people are getting it wrong... If AI is doing all the thinking for you, you’re not creating anything original, you’re just producing a slightly polished version of what already exists. Same same. Your perspective, your lived experience, your way of seeing the world, that’s the part no one else can replicate. That’s the value. AI shouldn’t replace that. It should refine it. The real power move? Use AI as an editor, not the author. Once you’ve done the thinking, shaped the idea, and written in your own voice, AI can help sharpen: ⭐ clarity ⭐ flow ⭐ tone ⭐ readability But you stay in control of the message. Because the moment you outsource the thinking, you lose what makes your content yours. Try this instead 👇 “Please review the following draft for clarity, flow, readability, and tone. Do not rewrite the text. Instead, point out where it could be improved and explain why, without changing my words.” AI is a brilliant editor. But you’re still the voice people are here for, that's why they're following you. The best AI‑assisted content should still sound unmistakably human 🫶 #TalentStable

Too often, regional audiences are misunderstood and regional voices are underutilised. The most successful partnerships happen when brands respect lived experience, allow talent to speak authentically, and measure success beyond surface‑level metrics. Because in regional Australia, influence isn’t loud - it’s trusted. #TalentStable

When brands come to us, they’re not chasing influencers... they’re looking for impact. They want voices that audiences already trust. Stories shaped by lived experience, not algorithms. In regional Australia, influence shows up in conversations, community response and long-term credibility, not just follower counts. That’s where real value is created 💙 #TalentStable

In regional communities, influence isn’t built overnight... it’s earned over time. Through trust. Through presence. Through showing up, again and again. At a time when feeds are crowded with noise and automation, the stories that cut through are still the human ones. When stories come from people who live the experience, not just speak about it, they resonate deeper, travel further, and last longer. That’s why community‑first storytelling works - it reflects real life, real values, and real connection, and brands that understand this don’t just reach regional audiences... they earn a place within them. Because in the regions, trust will always outperform trends. #TalentStable
