We couldn’t help but wonder how much more FUN & expressed you would have in each class if the movement started to feel more like second nature. Starting this week we are running back the same combo for every Step & Strength class on the schedule so you can see your progress from your first step class of the week to your last! The combos will change week after week, allowing you to increase stamina, muscle memory & deepen your workout as you go! The best part is you will truly get to see yourself building confidence in the movement, IN REAL TIME. my favorite 2 minutes of the week to get weird 🙂‍↔️🪩✨ during Flow State - in the heart of class - we take a moment to physically and figuratively shake off the sh*t we’re holding onto. we call it the somatic shakeout; the more intuitive, big and “weird” the movements, the better. the first time you do it you’ll feel strange, and then you’ll literally crave the release 🦋

Movement means something different to everyone, but one of our favorite things is seeing how it brings people together 💗 All week long, we’re sharing stories from the mothers of Sweat Sessions and the different ways movement has shaped their lives, routines, relationships, and seasons of motherhood. Next up: Jana & Larissa Seibt. What started as at-home workouts during COVID turned into a ritual they still share years later. Movement has become such a meaningful part of their relationship, a space where they’ve been able to challenge themselves, stay connected, and show up for each other through different seasons of life. We’re so honored to share a small part of their story with you!!
