Since hitting the mic for Step & Strength, we have seen how much better y’all get week after week! We couldn’t help but wonder how much more FUN & expressed you would have in each class if the movement started to feel more like second nature. Starting this week we are running back the same combo for every Step & Strength class on the schedule so you can see your progress from your first step class of the week to your last! The combos will change week after week, allowing you to increase stamina, muscle memory & deepen your workout as you go! The best part is you will truly get to see yourself building confidence in the movement, IN REAL TIME.

everything from diapers, bubbles (a must for when you have multiple errands with a little), to designer sunnies and snack packs for all the round 2 pregnancy cravings. I filmed The Foundational Program for the @sweatsessions app during my first trimester… apparently my favorite hobby is committing to big things during the most questionable seasons lol.
It wasn’t always easy to find the motivation to finish this, but it brought me back to WHY I wanted to create it in the first place. Movement isn’t just for the days you feel your strongest and most energized. It’s important to meet yourself on the mat even in moments where it all feels hard or when you feel behind so you can remind yourself what’s possible when you keep showing up. Start somewhere.
The program officially launched today! This is an evergreen program that will be recommended for all Sweat Sessions first timers or even when you need a little system reboot. Join me imperfectly, as a beginner, in whatever “questionable season” you’re in and let’s see justtttt how much better we can feel 💦🤌💗
I really thought I’d never dance again!!!
But fitness, and especially @sweatsessions , ended up being the thing that brought me back to movement in a way that actually made me feel good again. And now I’m on a mission to help anyone who’s ever had a complicated relationship with movement or their body find their way back to enjoying it again.
This workout is a mix of my years as a ballerina & as a barre instructor. A little rigid (in the name of making you stronger and sharp), yet playful, powerful and precise. This technique and my way of teaching it is unique but I know will make you a better mover.
The Form is a huge part of the @sweatsessions method — you can experience it at home & in studio! Also we launched it 45 minutes but I’m kinda feeling like it needs to be 50 or even 55 because it’s just THAT GOOD. Thoughts??
