So freaking proud I could burst 🥹 We had a record SIX clients recognized as 100 Women to KNOW in America this year and I’m still not over it. Because I don’t just see the highlight. I see the behind the scenes, the zoom calls from the parent pickup line, and the constant pressure to keep up and grow, grow, grow ALL while being an awesome kind human And then I get to watch it all turn into this. ✨ Caroline McDavid — building a brand that actually fuels people (literally + figuratively)
✨ Deb Purvin — decades of leadership and still showing up like she’s just getting started
✨ Erin Straughan — redefining what it looks like to lead in healthcare with heart and standards
✨ Lael Barry — creating products and a brand that are as bold as she is
✨ Susannah Dellinger — scaling a global beauty business without losing the human side of it
✨ Jenny Glasgow — turning an idea into impact and changing the way we care for our dogs This is what happens when women stop playing small, get the right support, and decide to lead from the front. My job is to champion them, but moments like this remind me why I started WE Inc. in the first place. So proud of you. All of you. 💕

So… what does a podcast session at Shine actually include? 🎙 More than you’d expect. We set everything up before you arrive — mics, monitoring, all of it. You walk in, sit down, and focus on what you actually came to say. Sessions are booked by the hour — one hour minimum for audio or video. Need it edited and ready to publish? Yep, we offer those as add-ons, too. No gear to buy. No learning curve. Just you and your ideas in a room that’s built for this. Ready to launch your show? Just reach out or book your studio time ft @susannahdellinger / Off The Shelf Podcast & @melissathompson.19 / Becoming Her Podcast

🎙️ She built a multimillion-dollar agency from her kitchen table to put underrepresented beauty brands on shelves at Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom. Now she has a podcast to match. 🎙️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Off the Shelf with @susannahdellinger is where beauty and feminism collide… …and we get to produce it all right here at Shine Studio. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Susannah is one of those people who makes you want to work harder just by being in the room. Give her show a listen and see what I mean! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Truly so proud of this one… and so proud of you, Susannah! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Go listen. Link in bio. (Ep 004 about her ANTM audition is a personal favorite — get ready to laugh out loud!)🎙️🤍 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Brand Design: @women.entrepreneurs.inc Styling: @andreaserranocurates 📍 @shinestudio.chs @brightbeautyconnect ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #shinestudiochs #podcastproduction #charlestonsc #womeninbusiness charlestoncreative

When women shine, they give other women permission to do the same. As a fashion stylist and creative producer I’ve spent years helping businesses, entrepreneurs, and personal brands walk into shoots with a clear vision and walk away with a content library that actually reflects the business they’ve built. A branding shoot is not just a headshot session - it’s a fully produced, strategically styled visual campaign built around your specific business identity. These assets live on your website, media features, your podcast covers, your email sequences, your pitch deck, your press kit, your social grid — everywhere your brand makes a first impression before you ever say a word. Done right, a branding shoot gives you three to six months of content in just a few hours. This is why a branding shoot is the smartest investment you’ll make in your business this year. So honored to work with female founded power houses like @stephaniesummersonhall of @estellecoloredglass and @susannahdellinger of @brightbeautyconnect who recently just launched her podcast “Off the Shelf” #femalefounded #femalepreneur #womenshistorymonth #womenownedbusiness

Some rooms change the trajectory of an industry. They impact culture and influence change and expansion. Earlier this month, we gathered in @gloriasteinem living room in New York City for a private Talking Circle. Founders. Editors. Investors. Women who have spent decades shaping culture in beauty, media, and beyond. The conversation centered on a question that feels increasingly relevant right now: Can the beauty industry be a tool for feminism? The first wave fought for women to have a voice. This generation is building the companies, platforms, and capital structures that ensure that voice lasts. The room held legendary beauty founders, editors from Vogue and Allure, and investors who believe culture is not something we observe from the outside. It is something we build together. The evening was co-hosted with one of our own, @susannahdellinger , founder of @brightbeautyconnect , alongside @gloriasfoundation . Susannah has spent years inside the beauty industry advocating for women across every stage of leadership, and she understands something we often talk about inside Maison: Culture is shaped quietly. Through the rooms we gather in. The conversations we protect. The standards we choose to uphold. More from this evening soon.

There are certain moments where you feel the weight of history in the room. Last week, we had the privilege of gathering a small group of women for a Talking Circle with one of our members @susannahdellinger and @gloriasteinem centered around Feminism in Beauty. No stage. No panel. Just a circle. Founders, investors, editors, and operators sitting together in conversation about what the next chapter of women’s leadership actually requires for the beauty industry. What struck me most wasn’t just Gloria’s legacy — though it is extraordinary — it was her continued curiosity about what comes next. The future of women’s power. The role of community in sustaining leaders. And how the work of one generation becomes the responsibility of the next. It reminded me that progress rarely happens through a single moment. It happens through rooms like this. Through conversations that stretch thinking. Through women who continue the work long after the headlines fade. I left that evening feeling deeply grateful for the women in the room, for the dialogue we shared, and for the reminder that the work of building a more equitable world is ongoing. And that each generation gets to carry it forward. Stay tuned for more cultural moments with @joinmaison — we’re just getting started.

I’m still reflecting on how special these two days in New York were thanks to @joinmaison . 🤍 The women in this room are responsible for shaping so much of the beauty industry over the past decade, and it was truly an honor to be included in the conversation. We gathered to explore some powerful questions 💬 → How women can create even greater impact... → How capitalism can be used to our advantage... → How corporate structures can evolve to better serve women... And how to address the reality that women’s bodies have always been political. Being welcomed into Gloria Steinem’s home for these conversations is something I’ll never forget. I mean, sharing a space with a feminist icon who has pioneered the modern women’s movement and paved the way for all of the women coming after her. Not a normal way to spend a Monday afternoon—but possible thanks to the mission of Maison. It was a reminder of the power that exists when a circle of women comes together—to share ideas, support one another, and envision a future where women’s voices, leadership, and economic influence continue to grow. ⚡️ I’m still processing the magnitude of this experience… and feeling deeply grateful for the sisterhood in this room. 💌 This is your sign to invest in yourself to get in the rooms where these conversations are happening!
