Early breastfeeding support makes a difference. When support is strong, moms feel confident and in control. At Mend, we’re launching an in-person, IBCLC-led breastfeeding support circle in collaboration with Garden State Lactation, led by Teresa Rivero, IBCLC. This is a supportive, judgment-free space for pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding families at any stage. Mend is one of the only lymphatic drainage specialty practices in New Jersey that also offers breast lymphatic drainage and massage to support breastfeeding, including bringing milk in, regulating supply, clearing clogged ducts, and supporting recovery from mastitis. The support circle meets every other week, beginning Tuesday, March 17th at 11 a.m. Families are welcome to join at any point.
