hopefully this gets more people paying closer attention. i’m working the hardest i ever have in my life with the highest highs and the lowest lows, and moments like this are validation.

i snuck out the office and went to the conference room to cry and laugh and cry again looking at all the photos from the last 20 years that were captured. sucks we didn’t take more.
thank you for pushing me, i promise to finish what we started. shit got really weird a couple times but i’m back on track and i honestly think we’ll go down in history.
i wish we all got more time with you. figured i’d celebrate online so everybody remembers the legend of spicoli.

it’s funny how life works sometimes…
this post is a shout out to myself as well as the entire @swang team for achieving something remarkable: a partnership w/ @jumpman23 .
but it’s also a reflection, as i was told i don’t do that enough.
this week i’m celebrating 10 years in LA, and nearly 3 years of betting on myself (read: no consistent paycheck).
being an entrepreneur is a ride fit for only the craziest of human beings. i always knew i was about that life, i was just scared to jump — i know all my first-gen kids feel me.
but im glad i finally jumped. thanks to my friends and family for believing in me, as well as my team and the whole swang gang for helping me build this community-first, cult-like lifestyle brand.
