THE SUPA YA COOKBOOK
Hitting the shelves in October this year.
Who would have thought when I started a little supper club for my mates in my kitchen in 2019 that I’d be sitting here writing this, the owner of 2 shops and now a book.
It encapsulates the little world of Supa Ya we’ve created so beautifully and I couldn’t be more happy with it.
A massive thanks to my publishers @pavilionbooks for taking a punt on me letting us do what we wanted no matter how weird.
Special mentions to @stephaniemilner_@laurajackrussell@kiron.gill for their totally laid back approach and tireless work ethic to getting it done.
@jessebsworth for her incredible front cover and all her illustrations for the book and for bringing Supa Ya to life since day one.

Nothing traditional about it - but brilliant bowls here from @supa_ya_ who have landed at @arcadefoodhall in TCR 😍 The whipped tofu starter is also a banger - but need to come back for the other dishes. Pumpkin vegetarian ramen bowl was fab too. A perfect antidote to the crap weather right now 👏 Highly recommended #invite
