RECOVR at Soham Spa, Juhu. Sauna, ice plunge & steam x2 after a hectic workout week is exactly the reset our bodies needed. 🤌🏼 Super clean, calming ambient lighting and loved how hygienic everything was. First 20 sec one arm handstand❣️ Not perfect, still shaky — but didn’t want to wait for “perfect” to share this. No idea when I’ll hit 20 sec again, but this felt like a small win.🤍

Strength builds when the nervous system feels safe. Every time I’ve tried to force progress — chasing reps, chasing intensity, chasing more — it backfired. Excess tension. Plateaus. Small injuries. Mental toughness has its place. But in skill-based strength, calm focus will always take you further than aggression. Train hard, yes. But train clear. Take what the day gives you. Put intention into every set. Because intensity without consistency is noise. And consistency with awareness is progress.

Client Wins 💪 (Online) Some student highlights from the last few weeks 1: @h4msa first 10-second handstand hold in just 4 weeks of training. Week 1: learning safe exits Weeks 2–4: focused balance drills 2: First pull-up milestone ☘️ 3: @samiksha.yoga making great progress on her tuck handstands.
