📣 OUT NOW! This is it. This is MINCKA. It’s us, it’s you, it’s whatever it wants to be. The music evolved from Digitakt sketches to live drums, to drafts reinterpreted by ten musicians. We recorded trumpets, sax, bass, guitar, double bass, and more, and sent out early versions of the demos to befriended musicians in Seattle, Uden, Beijing, and other places around the world, collecting instrumentation from wherever it found us. And now we’re here. Offering stems of the music so producers, musicians, and vocalists can become part of MINCKA. This vinyl release is the only way to get the OG versions of the music. On digital platforms, we will swap, replace, and update versions based on new contributions and interpretations. Wow, we have a treat for you. @subpyaooo remixing @ukato.music ❤️ We’re always excited to bring new music from Unchained royalty Subp Yao, remixing Ukato’s new EP title track ‘Pay Attention’. Thank you to @seeksicksound for supporting us as always. Pulling in the dance floor energy from the original, Subp Yao brings a serious twist to this new heater. Debuting to the label, UKato brings a powerhouse release, out 6th March.

Bak Again. [STEM 1/3: Drums] Our debut single ‘Bak Again’ is out now on all platforms! Because we share all stems of our music for producers and musicians to become part of MINCKA, we made short videos for the three stems of ‘Bak Again’: drums, bass, and trumpet. Om 17.15 uur starten we in de filmzaal met een korte introductie, gevolgd door korte films van @ntan.hns , @benoahen en anderen, en panelgesprekken met onder meer @gwen.hfc en @sticks_insta We ronden het programma rond 19.30 uur af. Je bent hierna welkom in de bar. Vergeet zeker niet het werk van @mikobshots in de foyer te checken. We verzoeken iedereen uiterlijk om 20.00 uur Royal te verlaten. In deel 1 vertelden we het verhaal van @mr.blabbermouf In deel 2 maken we kennis met Let It Happen: de zussen Mukanga – tweeling Norah en Yarah (2005) en hun jongere zus Rosa (2008), oftewel @norah_yarah_rosa Deze drie dansers zijn niet meer weg te denken uit de hiphopscene. Met hun energie, stijl en visie brengen ze iets unieks dat impact maakt ver voorbij de grenzen van Limburg. En het mooiste is: they’re just getting started.
