Miro-Benji & Stuster – e-loveaffair EP out now!
Helsinki duo’s newest 4-track EP contains three originals alongside a title track remix by Berlin legend Bliss Inc.. Drawing from downtempo, progressive trance and breakbeat, the release lets each track find its own space, avoiding repetition while keeping a natural sense of movement throughout. Although much of it was created during 2024, it comes together as something that still feels fresh, cohesive and true to where the artists are now. Free Shelter recently turned seven years old and you can consider this release a small token for the occasion. 🎂
e-loveaffair opens the EP with a stripped-back touch. A dominant bassline and ever-shifting synth leads, moving between foreground and support, guide the track into a machine-like pulse.
Build on the Sand unfolds gradually, drawing from slower strains of dance music. It brings together elements of drum machine punk and downtempo subgenres, while drifting synth textures create an immersive, spatial atmosphere.
Diana’s Pavilion is a two-part, high-intensity track. An opening breakbeat rhythm builds tension, giving way to a rapidly igniting, near ballad-like trance climax in the second half.
e-loveaffair (Bliss Inc. Remix) closes the EP with expected force. Bliss Inc. delivers a signature progressive touch, transforming the original theme into an expansive, floor-focused version.
