Our project ‘XR Proefkonijnen: Chaos in het Lab!’ just got nominated for The Dutch Interactive Award in the Schools & Education category!✨
In collaboration with @bnnvara , we created an XR experience where kids can safely experiment with fire and learn about science.
Over 1,000 kids tried it at @cinekidfestival 2025, proving that science can be fun! 🥼🧪🔥

HAVE A NIGHT OUT ON THE TOWN WITH INSCIENCE | Can we make a suggestion? If you are a student in Nijmegen and play your cards right you can enjoy a full evening of art installations, virtual reality silent disco's, erotic film shorts and a full-on afterparty for just 10,00.
Here's what you do: you start out visiting the clamouring and visually imposing installation It's All Right at de Mariënbergkapel, head over to LUX for a round of silent disco (5,00), sit down for some saucy shorts at 21:30 (5,00 for students) and head for Café de Plak all hot and bothered to finish the night right.
We're not trying to tell you how to party. We're just here to make suggestions. See you out there on the (virtual) dancefloor?

Last week, artists in residence @tim__aeus and @aniekderooij were testing the first prototype of their project Shifting Forms at Katoenhuis.
Shifting Forms is an interactive XR installation, exploring the impact of melting permafrost and its ancient, unknown organisms. Blending science and speculative fiction, it immerses visitors in an interactive world where they form a symbiosis with evolving physical, auditive and virtual environments.
We are proud to provide space and be a part of the longer research trajectory of this project, and looking forward to its final presentation!

A little update from us;
Over the past months we’ve been deep diving into the full production of our project Oxytocine Machine. Together with @zalan_szakacs , we’ve been experimenting, twisting ideas on our tongues, and landing on some really satisfying findings and designs. From the inside out, we’re now fine tuning both the physical installation and the VR experience in every detail.
About the project;
Oxytocine Machine is an XR experience that facilitates intimate encounters between strangers. It enables up to 12 people, paired in duos, to meet inside a virtual space and share a meaningful conversation.
We’re excited to share more soon🫧

✨ We’re starting the year with something new: the XR Testing Community!
With the XR Testing Community, we’re creating a space for XR makers & enthusiasts to come together and test and improve immersive projects. A few times a year, we’ll host test events in our Amsterdam studio where you can try new experiences, meet other makers, and exchange feedback.
What will we test? Everything from early experimental concepts to almost-finished projects that are getting ready for their premiere and just need a few final touches.
With this, we not only want to test our VR and AI projects, but also create space for the community to learn from each other — helping the Dutch XR scene grow stronger, together 💛
