At studioJLA we have been busy working on schematic design for our newest project ' Raven's Bend' at Tennyson Point. The site has it challenges such as its orientation, topography and frontage, however we feel we achieve an appropriate vision for the site and more importantly the owner's love the design.
Construction has commenced for our Alts & Adds - Gladesville House. Excavation and the pool construction is in progress. The aim of the extension is to provide the family with a home to enjoy for the 2nd stages of life. A home for kids to be teens to enjoy their enivironment with both friends and family away from the hustle and bustle of life.

Our Chalmers Rd House in Strathfield is taking shape with the glass panels to the glass lift shaft installed. The structural detailing of the cantilevered stairs surrounding the lift shaft can now be appreciated with the floor to ceiling panels around the shaft taking centre stage.
Developing landscape elements to the front of our residence in Strathfield. The simple yet elegant design aims to complement the architecture with a reflection pond shining light against the stone cladding and a row of feature trees and lighting leading towards the front entry.
We recently presented our design for this dual occupancy development in our local area, our shared vision was to create a comfortble light filled environment and a home to enjoy family life and the outdoors. This project aims to address the cost of construction by adopting a light weight construction and simple method of construction with out intention is to develop a form of modular or part prefabrication construction process to reduce costs and address building efficiency.
