Studio Nascent brought this vision to life through a refined brand identity, explored in-depth through the main sales brochure. A bold vermillion red defines the palette, while an embossed cover adds a tactile layer of depth and distinction. Produced in a square format, the piece feels deliberate and architectural, echoing the form and rhythm of the development itself. Through thoughtful printing techniques and materiality, the design extends The Rockwell’s identity beyond the built environment into something tangible and enduring.
