The Seattle Makers Exchange is a community market exchange hosted by @fun_seattleite and @socialbysilvia . They’ve designed this as a gathering for local creatives, makers and friends to come together and swap handmade food, art and goods!

Yoga teacher Natalie Wong is bringing a three part series to Studio Forma! Evening Reconnect will start in May with Tools for Presence. This 75 minute class will incorporate a strong slow flow and a juicy wind-down into savasana designed to help you reconnect. All levels are welcome!
