Nice way to end the year with a sneak peek of our approved addition for Roxburgh St. 🎉🍾 Unprecedented times with approval in 5 weeks in a heritage conservation area. Fair to say they loved our submission as much as we do! Massive thanks to Steele @studio_dot for making this challenging process a breeze. If you are considering building or adding new additions, cannot recommend him enough. His creativity, wealthy of knowledge and listening to the brief / budget is second to none. Some lived in shots of our East End project in Newcastle. The garden has settled in, a new baby has christened the space and this old terrace is experiencing a new life. The addition connects the rear of the terrace to the outdoor space and provides an outhouse with bathroom, storage, roof garden and outdoor shower.
The client (in the 2nd pic) salvaged, hand cleaned and stacked every single brick used in the extension. The bricks are original convict bricks, removed from the rear of the terrace during demolition. What. A. Legend.

Studio Dot is officially finished with the 2022 working year! It feels only right to be signing off this year with images of our kids being sweet Christmas angels in the latest @countrystylemag issue. Being in front of the camera is not our most comfortable place to be but the talented (and very funny) @brigidarnottphotography & @belljarinteriors made shoot day one of the memorable moments of 2022. Thanks so much for capturing our home in its best light (and most unnatural clean state). 🤭
