This timelapse shows our full process. No AI — just good old CGI, a few magic tricks, invisible VFX, and an unhealthy amount of time obsessing over tiny details (like the shadow of a butterfly interacting with her dress🦋)

Not everything makes the final cut.
These are early explorations, alternate directions, and ideas that helped shape the work behind the scenes.
We don’t rely on prompts.
We build — using the right tools, from CGI to machine learning, with full control over every detail.
Because the goal isn’t just to generate visuals.
It’s to make them feel real.
Creative problem solving, at its core.
Slide 1: In collaboration with @ujjwalparekh_ — who led the heavy lifting on this visual, building the full environment along with particle simulations and organic growth systems.
On our end, we developed the lighting and compositing pipeline — integrating everything into a live concert setup where the 3D lights react in real time to the sound at the venue.
(And yes, we had some fun posing the humanoids too.)

The Render Room EP03: DON JULIO
What you see vs what it actually took to build it.
Every shot in this project started with a simple live-action plate. From there we tracked the camera to capture its exact movement and perspective — giving us the foundation to start building the digital world around it.
Next came the 3D work: environments, props and simulations designed to integrate seamlessly with the original footage.
Lighting was where everything started to click. We recreated the real lighting conditions inside the 3D scene so the CG elements would behave naturally — casting shadows, catching reflections and interacting with the environment.
Once everything was built, the shots moved into compositing. Multiple render passes, atmospherics, reflections and subtle color work were layered together to create the final image.
Most of the work in VFX is meant to disappear.
If we’ve done our job right, you don’t notice the effect — you just believe the moment.

We had the exciting opportunity to work with some cool people to build a massive 12 foot 3D printed sculpture in Bandra
This one was new territory — rigging, posing, scale tests, and a LOT of problem solving. We started with multiple mascot outfits but quickly realised the bulky jackets were killing the movement
From rigging and posing the mascot to refining silhouette + motion at scale, every decision had to be intentional
