Truly humbled to have been the Contractor on this project. To be part of true design build project, with the creative mind of @lacurate at the helm, it was an honor and a privilege to be part of this journey. Lots of late nights, weekends and blood, sweat and probably a few tears went in to this. Standing back post project, all the hard work from everyone involved, early morning drives to LA and the occasional emergency late night trip (Christmas dinner disaster avoided!!) - all seems worth it to see this house shine. The epic imported furniture, Vintage European Lighting and intentional details in every space in the house truly make this a one of a kind property! Thanks for letting us be a part of it! Stumbled upon a few shots of a project we finished up a while back in La Jolla. Another teardown to studs rebuild with 1st and 2nd story additions. Plenty of eye candy in these shots, with walnut slat walls, steel French doors, exposed steel structural beam, 8ft linear fireplace, and a couple of 16ft and 24ft wide pocket sliding doors looking out to the new pool and a few thousand ft of bamboo decking and fencing! Big fans of the streamline linear air vents (see stair photo)- @techairsd always sooo delighted when we ask for them, but always nail it. We love ourselves some good renderings to help set up new projects! Having them first and foremost helps the client visualize their project way beyond looking at floor plans whilst allowing us as builder’s the opportunity to be inspired, help navigate the aesthetics and bring these images and material selections to life. Here’s a couple of our new tear down to stud projects that are recently underway in La Jolla and Encinitas! Between the pools, tennis court, sauna and yoga retreat, movie theaters, with millworks for days, change up in materials, awesome designers and clients….we’re excited to help bring them to life.

This Ocean View 3 storey Del Mar home has been with us for some time. Bittersweet to finally get to a point of closing it out, working with creative people, awesome clients and monster amount of team / partner coordination. This nearly 4500 sqft home sits on a tight street and logistics were a challenge to say the least. Mitered corner glass windows taking in the breathtaking ocean and sunset views, hidden room, many nooks and gathering areas on all floors, elevator, and 3 balconies……this is an entertainers house for sure!
