small room hack. I wanted to be able to fit a Queen size bed in this guestroom but the tiny room made it impossible for a door to open. We split the door in two making a single door a double door and it’s both practical and a cute detail of this tiny guest room.

This project was fun and challenging, with the apartment being on the top floor, we had to airlift full-length floor planks through the windows so the entire apartment could have seamless flooring. Every piece of steel and marble went in the same way. We spared no details including changing all switches from plastic to porcelain. so dreamy, so worth it.
