We had the opportunity to speak with artists Christian Saint and Asia Clarke about the exhibition and the deeper meaning behind their work. They shared their drive to tell these important stories through photography—capturing narratives that challenge, celebrate, and redefine perspectives.

From the opening to the panel talk, we delved into the powerful connection between hair, body, and identity in Accra’s Anthropocene through a groundbreaking photo-documentary.

For the third edition, we’re kicking things off with the talented multidisciplinary hair artist Asia Clarke and creative director/photographer Christian Saint.

RSVP LINK IN BIO! Get ready for a captivating seminar on hair sculptures by Multidisciplinary Artist and Hair Stylist Asia Clarke!
In this workshop, we will talk about African hair aesthetics, exercise our creative muscles and learn how to make hair sculptures. Participants will be provided hair supplies to create their sculpture as part of the workshop experience. At the end of the workshop, participants will have made their own hair sculpture.
