I’m excited to announce I will be part of London Craft Week 2026 @londoncraftweek , this will the first time my practice takes place overseas!!!
I am honoured to have this opportunity given by @nhb_sg to be part of their Craft X Design programme, in an effort to preserve fading intangible craft heritage.
This project titled “Ah gong niao long” begun as an effort to document the material and craft exchange I had with my grandfather before his passing. When he was still around, I promised him that I would one day put his birdcage in a museum or have it exhibited and I’m now one step closer to my goal.
I will also be hosting a demonstration / artist talk going into the detail about the history of the heritage business of 50 years and how artists / cultural practitioners can help to protect and pass down heritage in new innovative ways too.
Exhibition date: 11 - 17 May 2026

I've been drawing fan art and OCs for as long as I can remember. It was always just "my thing," something I did on the side, after work, in my own time. I never really imagined any of it hanging on a gallery wall.
Honestly? I always felt like the art I loved making wasn't the kind of art that belonged in those spaces.
But then my friends said, why not? Why can't we create that space ourselves?
So here we are. Figuring it out as we go. Slightly panicking. But mostly just really, really excited.

"Fan art doesn't belong in a gallery."
That's what they say. So we're doing it anyway.
What happens when you take Yakuza fan art off your screen and put it on a gallery wall? When OCs (Orginal Character)step out of your sketchbook and come to life in a real space? What kind of conversations does that start?
We wanted to find out. So @stl_archivist pulled his friends @bit___ter and @wildreamz together to make it happen.
The catch? We only have 14 days. And there's still... a lot to figure out.
Follow along as we scramble to pull off an art exhibition from scratch. It's not going to be easy but it's going to be fun.
