Last month, I had the honor of participating in Mattel Headquarters’ Hispanic Heritage Month celebration, hosted by our colleagues at UNIDOS en Mattel. The panel brought together leaders from across Los Angeles who are collaborating with Mattel to advance and enrich the childhood experience through cultural representation and community engagement.
