All to raise awareness of PTSD, Stress and Anxiety in the Police and to raise money and awareness of @rock2recoveryuk .

The power of listening.
In high-pressure situations, the difference between success and failure can come down to whether you caught the smallest detail, the shift in tone, or the unspoken message.
Listening can reveal the hidden risks, the team dynamics, and the opportunities others might miss. When you slow down and truly pay attention, you gain the kind of information no piece of technology can give you.
Because in the right moment, one thing heard - or not heard - can change everything.

Itâs good for my soul. It restores my faith in humanity, which I often need. And I leave here in a better place, full of joy.â
