I was on a DARKSWAN course this last week at @hr4k_ (top venue ā”ļø)
One of the many moments that matter was Dr Steve explaining how our mind and body are two sides of the same coin⦠thenā¦.that they are closer and more entwined than that.
Then back home to discover one of our crew (who happens to be a Neurologist š§ āØ) sent over this epic challenge to raise funds and awareness for Sport in Mind

No one can tell you how you feel.
I believe strength and courage only exist alongside fear and reluctance.

The last 6-7 months seem so much better than the previous 18 or so.

Sooooo it was pointed out that apparently as time goes by some humans age !!!
It sounds tricky and I am keen to keep the brain working and maintain the ability to answer the call in many ways.

I have been adding Stait to life routines, recovery training and more, I genuinely believe I feel so very good with this in my world.
I am not wanting massive chemical and sugar CRAP nor high viz labels so I just love my resupplies.
Very high quality Creatine and super foods for recovery are smashing, the daily routines are great and if you get the chance ⦠grab some of the herbal āblue teaā š¤£.
So clean, refreshing and BLUE !!ā
I also like the people and it reminds me of our great friends at Elliot Brown, good people who do more than the outside world will ever know.
