We’ve been asked several* times whether our SFST Mobile platform was used at the roadside when Justin Timberlake was arrested last week, and we can tell you that it was not. What is true is that the Standardized Field Sobriety Test, or the SFST, was originally developed in the late 1970s by the @nhtsagov and by 1981, the three battery test was standardized and validated for use by law enforcement by 1981. Because of the nature of this series of cognitive and physical tests, even with years of training in dance and choreography, it would be challenging to fool a well-trained sworn officer. This training, coupled with @standardfield #evidex, builds the best case possible.
