For the past few years, I’ve been silently struggling with Inguinal Hernia. Over the years, I went through several medical tests. Most of the results suggested that I had Peptic Ulcer Disease, so the focus was mainly on ulcer treatment.
Unfortunately, the underlying issue remained undiscovered. The discomfort continued, and slowly the condition grew worse.
Eventually, after finding out the real issue, I decided to undergo surgery at International Hospital Kampala (IHK) on Monday under the care of Dr. Ashraf Mohamed. The professionalism, care, and support from the medical team at the hospital gave me confidence throughout the entire process.
This journey would not have been possible without the incredible support of people around me. I want to give special thanks to
@abramztekya who played a huge role in helping me through this moment. He not only recommended IHK, but he also funded the final scans and medical checks that led to the surgery. More importantly, he initiated conversations that mobilized support from the EODUB family.
I am deeply grateful to everyone from the EODUB Fam who stood with me during this time. Much Love to
@apex.zero @theoriginaljamescalhoun @itsmazzi @kendra_gold01 @kissykshow @sunzoo7 @maslawsun @djsnuffone_ @batgrl129 and many others who contributed financially, emotionally, and through prayers. Your support reminded me that Hip Hop is one of the most powerful forms of healing.
This experience taught me an important lesson: never ignore persistent pain in your body. What may seem small today could become something serious tomorrow. Listening to your body and seeking proper medical attention early can make a huge difference.
To the team at
@ccare_uganda IHK, thank you for your professionalism and care. And to everyone who supported me through this journey, I am truly grateful. To my guy
@mosesmisinde who stayed in the hospital with me during the whole process, I can’t stop thanking you my Brother. Kikola sense ❤️
