I don't like overproduced voices. I don't like layers on layers. I don't like making thousands of takes. In my opinion things like these kill the mood of the song.
This was the first take for "Not your war" from the new HELSLAVE EP. The final version you can hear on the EP is slightly different because in this take I forgot some "S" and made a couple of mistakes but don't tell anyone 🤫

We just realized my very first live gig as a FOH engineer was with these guys. 20 years ago at Zoe Club in Milan.
Today we finished mixing their new album. It’s a journey full of passion, experimentation, and a constant drive to push the sound a little further.
Being asked to produce this record has been a real honor, and it’s been great to spend all this time again with friends I’ve known for so long.
