This month on @subtleradio we are glad to host @milibrii 💜
Milibri is an experimental project that combines different genres such as ambient, trip hop, electro, glitch, breaks and leftfield.
Milibri will release her new album “Time Frames” in August 2024.
Milibri: The album is a different perception from the inside, a game of space and time. I want to convey the boundaries or even the beginning of the unattainable 4d in our dimension of our own boundaries and laws through the time and space length. There are different stories in the album, for example, a person can feel lonely without noticing how time flies, lovers who fall in love at first sight, mutually expressing their consent with their eyes, but are afraid to get closer to each other, the intertwining streams of melodies and their harmonious balance.

February’s edition of Dystopia Euphoria is now up! This mix is one of my absolute favourites to date. I went with a different kind of euphoria this time - the euphoria of hearing an old song from a pivotal, joyous time in your life. I was listening to ZaaZaa’s ‘Jealous Sea’ and feeling the grime-y undertones, and that unlocked something in my brain. It took me on a real trip down memory lane and it was such a pleasure mixing some new tracks with old loves. That album by Magnetic Man was one of the first electronic music albums that truly blew my mind. It was also a real full circle moment to build a show around a track by ZaaZaa given we were on dance floors together in our uni days probably listening to some of the tracks in this mix! 🥰 This month’s artwork is a pic of little me from around that time.

My last @threadsradio show has been on SoundCloud for a while, but finally got time to advertise it here. I like it. I'm obsessed with the @dustin_zahn track in one if the last clips. Actually also with the @denise_rabe track, too. Both are such incredible productions. This show feels a bit like a producer's selection - the tracks are not necessarily banging, but just idk impressively/interestingly produced. I think it's a good listen.
