I had a ton of fun making this record; used drum machines a bunch for the first time and mixing and mastering everything on my own for the first time.
At a certain point I kept revising the mixes and that was put to an end when my apartment flooded, ruining my computer and ending the mixing process. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as I think record sounds rougher and more interesting than if I would have been able to polish it.
I think / hope it sounds as fun as it was to make 🙏
OKAY and this next part is very important! :
For ONE WEEK the record can only be heard on Bandcamp and ALL proceeds are going towards @izzyluciano and i’s dog, Foxy’s exorbitant and totally unexpected vet bill. Last week she became very sick, throwing up, not holding down water and then her eyes turned yellow. After 3 different vets she was diagnosed with pancreatitis and we were faced with the unthinkable or treatment. She’s recovering now but we have a massive vet bill. Please consider buying the record and donating to lil Foxy ❤️
