TIN CAN 2026_______
Started in 2024 with support from the Cook County Small Business Bureau’s Source Fund, TIN CAN offers dancemakers at all career stages a low-stakes on ramp for presenting new ideas. Three artists are selected for each showing, where they present 15 minutes of work at any stage of its development. After the showing, artists receive active, participatory and supportive feedback from the community through a facilitated conversation led in the style of Liz Lerman’s Critical Response Process. These conversations offer dancemakers an active role in the critique of their own work, and offers audiences new touchpoints for experiencing art.
Folks presenting work in 2026 are a combination of our do-it-together residency artists, work/trade participants, previous facilitators, and artists currently engaged in a long-form rehearsal process at bim bom.

You’re invited! 💌Join us @bimbom.studios Chicago for an exclusive pre-release listening party for ••.•´¯`•.•• All of a Sudden ••.•´¯`•.•• the debut album of Alaskan-Irish artist Park Hills Circle (out 7/10 on @pravdarecords ).
