This new body of mixed media work traces shifting landscapes across the UAE, moving from desert interiors to coastal mangroves. Created on cotton and silk velvet, the works follow the quiet progression of light, where trees emerge as enduring anchors within an ever-changing terrain.

On May 5th, I had the pleasure of opening my new solo exhibition at Foundry.
This body of work traces the land as a continuous terrain—where the UAE unfolds between desert earth and the soft, shifting edge of the sea. Light moves through these landscapes as a unifying force, giving life to the trees and all that they sustain. Across these atmospheric environments, trees emerge as an integral and enduring presence, binding each terrain through a quiet continuity.
I am deeply grateful to everyone who joined me for the opening, and to all those whose support and hard work helped bring this exhibition together. Seeing so many familiar and new faces made the evening especially meaningful, and I truly appreciated the warmth, encouragement, and generous spirit that filled the space.
The exhibition is on view from May 5 through June 7, 2026, and I would be delighted to welcome you to Foundry to be enveloped in this environment of tranquility.
