MY SECOND HOME 🇨🇭
I have had the privilege to fish some awesome places in my life, multiple countries, big, small, rivers, reservoirs BUT, never has a place captivated and took my breath away quite the way Switzerland did..
To be able to watch fish in crystal clear waters feet from the bank, to the. flick some slow sinking crust at them, wait in anticipation and then watch them smash it and dive into the darkness is something I don't think could be topped..
Something about Switzerland has really resonated with me, I felt like I was at home over there.. everyone was so kind, the food was amazing, the cultured rocked, the pace of life was slower and to be able to dot about, fish under pressured waters for fish like this.. it's just paradise 🔥

Tangos lin at 37lb
" Everything about this session felt good the weather change the moon phase and most importantly the fishes behaviour after watching them in the edge over the course of a few hours in the morning i noticed their behaviour was not too wary so they were happy as larry saw few shows down one end of the lake moved onto them and got some rods out long simple fishing goes a long way on these pressured waters and thats what i done slowly they moved back into the swim and bite after bite they were on it 2nd morning in the swim i reeled in rested the swim after a crazy mornings fishing of 8 bites in 2 hours crazy!! i decided to fill it in out went 3kg and no rods in hoping to get them even more confident on the spot couple hours later got the rods back out with some more bait and not long after baiting i recieved a savage take with the fish kiting to the snags slowly she got closer i immediately saw what fish it was and as soon as she was in the net i confirmed it was her tangos at 37lb 🤯 "

Well there he is, in all its blaze and glory.. there's moments in your angling career that'll remember for life and this was one of them 🙌
My goal was to get to Switzerland and just try to catch one fish.. but to have landed the biggest in the pond on my first trip just absolutely blew me away 🔥
The story goes... ⬇️⬇️
We had arrived at this lake, no more than 5 minutes had past, we walked up to the first swim and I saw this fish milling about 8ft from the bank, I scattered some bait, went for a walk as you do, returned and this fish was smashing the spot to bits, i quickly extended the riots tied on my go anywhere rig, lowered in my rig as they spooked off the spot, she returned after about 3-4 minutes and made a beline for my rig, I was already shaking watching this fish around the area.. my line was slack off the top and I was screaming to diddier that the begun had took the hookbait..
It kited around an island, so I didn't even think I ran straight out into a reed bed, up the island, around it and popped out the other side, this was once she done ripping around 40 yards of line off the spool, due to the deep water he was charging back into the depths as soon as he spotted that net cord.. 🫨
Eventually, after what felt like hours, he succumbed to his inevitable fate and ended up rolling over the cord, by this point I had around a crowd of 20 gathered behind me cheering and was in as much disbelief as me.. 🤯
All in all from getting out the car, arriving at my first venue, spotting this fish and having it take my hookbait was under 30 minutes.. some times the stars align and create moments like this 😮💨
To be able to share this with my son and dear friend diddier was just absolutely magic!! She spun the needle to 54.2lb!!

Another grass carp and one thing for sure is they were just getting bigger.....this one went 44lbs 5oz and unlike most grass carp this one went ballistic during the fight,but dont worry it also had a good attempt at wrecking my net aswell.
@nutraofficial hookbait was a 15mm yellow pineapple and N-butyric pop up fished on a ronnie rig proved irresistible to this grass carp.

@carp.couture absolutely loving the tracksuit,really nice fitment and a very nice feel to the materials used.had a few people ask about this particular hat and am sorry to say it was a limited run for samples.

What can I say,other than as soon as I saw this koi on my drone I knew I had to try and catch it,and catch it i did.
This unique koi carp took the scales to 21lbs 7oz.
