A huge result for Shaun on a tough syndicate water!
Fishing three rods towards a productive area, he used coated braid spinners with Size 4 Long Shanks and match-the-hatch wafters.
First to slip up was ‘Big Wilf’ at 32lb, followed later that night by a scraper 20. Then, at first light, the ‘Scratch’ common hit the net at 30lb!
Two first-ever 30s in the same night, all from sticking to the same area and keeping the rigs simple, great result Shaun well done! 🎣
A brilliant 36 hours for Andrew on his local syndicate!
With 4 takes over the session he managed an incredible trio of mirrors: 17lb 2oz, 27lb 9oz, and a new PB fully scaled at 35lb!
Small Mesh bags tied to Andrews multi combi set up were responsible for all the bites!

A pretty special trip for Dominic out in Japan! 🇯🇵
Fishing alongside his daughter on a river in the middle of the city, surrounded by some incredible backdrops, it turned into one of those sessions that’s about far more than just the fishing.
An early start saw them fishing 20–25 yards out into 15–20ft of water from high walled banks and railings, even using sea fishing drop nets to safely land the fish.
The setup stayed simple and dependable:
• Bomb Proof Leader
• 6” Covert Link semi-stiff braid
• Commando C-Shape Spinner Swivel
• Size 4 Curve Shank
Over the course of the session they landed 12 fish, ranging from mid doubles up to an incredible 36lb.
One of those trips and set of memories that’ll stay with you for a long time. 🎣🇯🇵

Back-to-back PBs for Janek!

Keeping it simple but effective! Great work Janek!
19/04/26 Bude canal.
Starting off down the main basin of the canal I quickly realised there wasn’t any fish in the area so it was time to get on my feet. After walking for a good half hour to 45 minutes keeping a close eye on the water I got to the top. Lock and decided to take a quick water break. Out the corner of my eye I noticed some fizzing just dying off in the margin and it didn’t take me long to have some bait scattered on the spot and my size 6 dagger curve shank from @commandotackle lowered. A couple moments later the rod was off and I was hooked into this absolute canal Gem 💎 @eclipsebaits virus 🦠
After plenty of blanks, things finally came together for Jack with this stunning fish known as ‘Doris’.
Caught on a Slip D rig with a Curve Shank and kicker combo, a setup that’s continued to deliver time and time again!
