SOFSOF (they/them) is a Siberian-born, Glasgow-based DJ, co-founder of FUSE GLA @fuse_glasgow - dubstep and bass-focused night entering its 10th year, and a cultural programmer at Glasgow’s grassroots venue Stereo (also working as a 3D visual artist on the side). Not adhering to a specific genre or BPM, their sets explore many facets of club music with a focus on bass genres and faster paced sounds from around the world - from UK bass, funky, dubstep & club to jungle and footwork. Freshly off support for Kode9 in December 2025, over the years they’ve shared line ups with the likes of Juliana Huxtable, Sam Binga & Addison Groove, LCY, Nikki Nair, Bluetoof, Interplanetary Criminal, Animistic Beliefs, Vanessa Maria, Samurai Breaks among others; while making appearances at some of the best underground parties in Scotland, such as Ponyboy, Headset, LUCKYME, Baile Baile and Scandal.gla Deeply embedded into Glasgow’s clubbing scene, SOFSOF has been at the forefront of pushing underground sound for a decade, be it as an organiser or performer, creating pockets of safety for LGBTQ+ communities within Scotland’s nightlife. 🌞 community open call! 🌞 for events between april-august 2026 we are massively grateful to everyone who has joined us over the last 3 months via our community open call! 🧡🧡🧡 from spoken word, to pub quizzes, to dance workshops and life drawing, to clubs, markets, exhibitions and AV installations - this has been an absolute pleasure to work with such variety of organisers and artists <3 and we are ready for round two! 📣 if you have an idea for an event - in the venue or bar, any genre and any format - we would love to hear from you! we would love to support initiatives that benefit grassroots & DIY scene and communities who build them. from experimental set ups to raves and gigs, cabarets, workshops, socials, fundraisers, listening sessions, (a book club? a screening? a market? a comedy show?...) - get in touch via form in bio. 📍we will run this open call until may 1st, but we have some availability in April too we have a mixture of club, gig and day slots available across both floors support we can offer: ❣️we undestand that each event is unique so we strive to be flexible and transparent about support we can provide and what limitations to consider. ❣️we have some slots reserved for mutual aid fundraisers, where proceeds are donated towards immidiate needs of communities and individuals in crisis situations. ❣️for events in the bar, we do not charge a hire fee. ❣️we also provide a thursday club discounted hire for students and people under 25. ❣️we have resources available for free to guide you through events organising if you are starting out. our programming team is always happy to help refine ideas, provide artist suggesions or help with promotion. ❣️we welcome organisers and artists of all levels and experiences! apply via the link in bio by may 1st✅ if you applied in the previous round or want to put another event on - please reach out, we would love to have you back! this round is for events between april and august 2026, however if you are looking for a later date we are flexible, accessibility info and our tech spec can be found via the form we are looking forward to hearing from you! love, stereo 🫶
