‼️ November 28th ‼️ @stereo_glasgow are you ready for next CL!CK???? we are so excited to welcome @bclipsound all the way from Colombia, alongside no stranger to Glasgow @roohoneychild over from Dublin ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 our guests are joined by mega talented @djma1col & super exciting newcomers @asli.essence & @kinzluiz going back 2 back 🤍 tickets via RA / link in usual place - no one turned away for the lack of funds, feel free to DM us 💋💋 Influenced by the “picó” (Colombian Soundsystem) and raised in the ghetto of Soledad Atlántico, Bclip initially emerges as an atypical urban producer dissatisfied with predefined labels and genres. He decides to navigate through a wide spectrum of sounds sheltered under what he calls “LA GRA$A” - challenging the conventional boundaries of electronic music. He explores a broad range of influences ranging from salsa, reggaetón, and coastal folklore to black metal, IDM, and hard house. This exploration results in the production of a vast musical spectrum coherent with his foundations in Latin American crossover. Combined with his acute artistic sensibility, this catapults him into recognition as a member of the timeless vanguard of the Latin American music scene. Bclip embodies the countercultural resonance of the ghetto, flourishing in scarcity, resourcefulness, and empirical talent, all rooted in a profound knowledge and investigation of roots and previous history, coupled with an anti-light sentiment representing the cutting-edge marginal dissent.

26/09 — HYPERTRASH X CL!CK A collaboration spreading across two events, two parties coming together to bring you something xxxtra special💋⭐️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇦🇹🤍 For the first edition we are ecstatic to have @animisticbeliefs as our HEADLINER! 💫⚡️💫 Driven by tireless technical, historical and emotional research, Animistic Beliefs is a constantly evolving art project. By celebrating and unifying a diverse set of countercultural influences, the duo is challenging the expectations of European techno to make the kind of art that leaves a mark, whether in a gallery or behind a wall of haze and strobes. Their music has appeared on some of the most vital labels in contemporary electro, including Cultivated Electronics, brokntoys and the Exaltics’ Solar One, through which Animistic Beliefs released their debut full length Mindset:Reset in 2019 - an LP that combined icey, bass-heavy hypnosis with vivid melodic lines that stay lodged in the eardrums. @hyp3rtr4sh are making their Scottish debut and we couldn’t be more excited to host them, Loud, Queer & Annoying - Where good taste goes to die. Hypertrash is for the queer misfits who enjoy everything beyond the traditional boundaries of genres and nightlife. This is a queer party for and by queer people. ✨🧚😈⚡️👀⭐️ Our headliner @animisticbeliefs holds no boundaries when it comes to mixing, production and selection. A consistent point of inspiration for us all.🤍 The basement is going to be HOT🥵 Here’s what they’re all about…. Animistic Beliefs are inventing a new, creole musical language. The Rotterdam-based duo repurposes forms from IDM and Global Club to create exhilarating hybrids, applying a fresh perspective that is both deeply personal and political. ‘Animism’ is the idea found in indigenous belief systems that all objects, creatures and places possess a spiritual essence. Pre-colonial thought, traditions and music connected with Marvin’s Moluccan and Linh’s Vietnamese-Chinese heritage are key inspirations and tools through which the duo explore their experience as queer POC living in the Netherlands. Shared introductions to dance music as underage attendees of Rotterdam’s club scenes and a passion for analogue equipment were the initial catalysts to Linh and Marvin’s collaboration. Early on they would meet regularly at a group for hardware enthusiasts, where they’d solder together their own hardware from scratch. Techno, electro, gabber and punk formed the initial backbone of their sound, but as the duo rediscovered traces of cultures that conventional history had erased, South-East Asian tonality, tribal rhythms and texts and poetry have become central components. Their music has appeared on some of the most vital labels in contemporary electro, including brokntoys, Dekmantel and The Exaltics’ Solar One. The release of their debut full-length Mindset:Reset in 2019 marked Animistic Beliefs’ emergence as a significant alternative voice in contemporary electro. Since then, the duo has continued to push boundaries. Their second album, MERDEKA, released on NAAFI, was celebrated for its daring blend of IDM, jungle, and global club music with deep connections to their Southeast Asian roots, cementing their place as innovators. Recently, their inclusion on Herrensauna’s upcoming release aligns them with a collective renowned for celebrating queer culture and fearless techno experimentation. TICKETS IN BIO LETS MAKE THIS SPECIAL!!!!!! Mwah xxxx 💋💋💋💋
