“The Chase” is a feature length film following five elite athletes pushing their limits at the 2024 @Cocodona250 . Aravaipa Running worked with filmmaker @spiritofdylan for our third major Cocodona film, renewing a commitment to telling stories about our sport.
With this being our largest film undertaking yet, we are pleased to also announce a 10 city film tour including each of the major towns where our main characters live. The full film will be released on YouTube for our global audience prior to this year’s Cocodona race (exact date TBA).
Featured athletes include Michael Versteeg - inaugural winner of the 2021 race, Joe McConaughy winner of the 2022 race, Michael McKnight, winner of the 2023 race, Jeff Browning inaugural winner of the Sedona Canyons 125 Miler in 2023 and new to 200’s Arlen Glick.
