āØProtein Chia PuddingāØ
Hereās my base recipe for my protein chia pudding that I use all the time, itās low carb, gluten free, low calories and super delicious.
I made my own almond milk using
@themylky machine and I canāt believe how easy it was to do and so much cheaper in the long run than having to buy carton almond milk⦠AND I know exactly whatās it in, 100% almonds! You can also make oat milk, soy milk, cashew milk, the options are endless!!

Ingredients:
60g chia seeds
100g Greek or coconut yoghurt
300mls home made almond milk

1-2 scoop vanilla protein powder
Method:
1. Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl until combined. Cover and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
2. When ready to serve, pour the mixture evenly into 3-4 jars. Top with granola, fruit, nuts etc.
