Im very excited and happy to announce the next Feral Yon release will be on the fantastic Soundholes label. Soundholes are a label ive admired for years with an abundance of artists and releases im greatly inspired by. Here's some info... FERAL YON - CRKZ “Crkz” is the new release from Sunderland electronic producer Feral Yon, marking a shift away from earlier dense melancholic, pastoral textures. Here he leans into short/very short, quick rhythmic pieces that drift through loose improvisation, looped sequencing and spontaneous programming. Tracks are largely captured as first takes, the idea is driven by a never settle approach, prioritising immediacy over refinement. The result is a set of fleeting but energetic complex sketches, quick to appear and disappear, while built around instinct and momentum rather than permanence. ________________________________________________________________ I really love these little tracks and can't thank Daniel from Soundholes for the trust and support getting these tracks outhere. Looking at an actual release this month so ill announce it properly soon. For fans of Jim O Rourke, Tim Hecker, Beatrice Dillon, Autechre and more... Take it easy out there. G / Feral Yon
