𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐭 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 is an outdoor thematic art route taking place each October in Nijmegen, The Netherlands. At Schemerlicht we believe that art, in dialogue with science and nature, makes the abstract visible and helps us understand our place in the world. We use the experience of artworks as a tool. For the 6th edition taking place from 15 till 25 October 2026, we reflect on the true meaning of consciousness and on how to be(come) more conscious—of the world around us, and through cultivating a more balanced relationship with nature. 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐏 is a platform in Eindhoven where art, technology, and society come together. From a critical but optimistic perspective on the future, STRP organizes festivals, educational programs, and co-creation projects, where young creators actively contribute to possible futures. From November 19 to 22, 2026, STRP will organize a small-scale, multi-day festival about our entanglement with nature and other forms of intelligences.

✨ Recap 2025 ✨ What a year! We look back on exhibitions, festivals, nominations, research, and unforgettable collaborations. Thank you to everyone who supported, visited, created, and connected with us. 📸1&2 - NERD_FUNK at MU Eindhoven From April to June, NERD_FUNK by @alless0 & @mamali_shafahi transformed @mu_hybrid_art_house into a kaleidoscopic deep dive within Instagram culture, with five storylines and VR experiences. 📸 3 - Ecoshroom v0.1 at @zone2source In June, Ecoshroom by @manaplantmanamachine invited visitors into a living ecosystem shaped by plants, fungi, and AI. Audiences became active participants in this growing environment. 📸 4 - Beautify Previews In September, @btfy_it by @isaurasanwirjatmo had its first preview, using elements of documentary, apps, and theatre. Then in November we were invited to showcase at the Cultuurparade of the @cultuurfonds Award. 📸 5 - Beautify at Impact Lab Isaura participated in @impactlab_training , to develop Beautify into a true impact production. She presented Beautify’s impact and her future plans for the project. 📸 6 - Golden Calf Nomination A highlight of the year: waiting for cows by @affect_lab was nominated for a Golden Calf at @nederlandsfilmfestival . 📸 7 - Moonshot Digital Culture Report Siuli led the latest research into the distribution of immersive and interactive work in the Netherlands, published by @nieuweinstituut 📸 8 - Market Representation Our projects went international: Inwards by @steyehallema was selected for @newimages.festival , and The Sleep of Reason Produces Monsters by @leeeezaaaaa was selected for the Geneva Digital Market at @giff.ch 📸 9 - Thank you to the funds, partners, and supporters who made our projects possible this year!
