The Mama Foundation for the Arts in Harlem founded this Gospel Brunch 15 years ago to sustain a space where graduates of its music school and artists of color can have a platform for their artistry and talent. Ever since I became an official New Yorker, Harlem has been the most special place to me. We have family who grew up here and will never be found anywhere else , we have the best friends here all making huge impact in so many ways! What happens when dedication meets spirit? A night to remember! The Dartmouth College Gospel Choir Winter Concert on February 26 was the culmination of weeks of hard work, musical growth, and community. Directed by our Artistic Director @ahmayaknoelle , the choir brought energy, soul, and powerful storytelling to the stage.
