I I am honored and filled with gratitude to officially earn my Master’s Degree in Leadership from Bank Street College of Education through the National Aspiring Principals Fellowship. This moment represents more than a degree. It represents growth, sacrifice, resilience, and purpose. This journey challenged me, stretched my thinking, and opened my eyes even more to a system that needs transformational leadership, advocacy, and heart. I’m committed to continuing the work of creating spaces where children, families, educators, and communities feel seen, supported, and empowered. This is me leveling up for the next chapter in my career and leadership journey. I pledge to lead with integrity, compassion, courage, and a mindset focused on making this world better, starting with myself and extending into every life I touch.
