I'm hosting an online workshop this Saturday (May 2nd at 1pm PT) on a topic that is near and dear to my heart: the impact of ADHD on creative goals and ways to better support yourself as an ADHD artist.
When I starting learning about ADHD traits and how they can show up (beyond the stereotypical presentations), I realized how much of the confusion, frustration, and disappointment I felt around my journey as an artist was directly related to not understanding or knowing how to work with that part of myself.
But sometimes being able to support yourself better isn't enough. Sometimes we need to start cultivating relationships and environments that also allow us to do our best work. Which is why this workshop touches on both elements.
