It truly is such an honour to have a wedding day featured. We couldn’t explain enough the important of having a vendor team that can work together and unite to do whatever needs to be done to give the couple the best day ever, despite any challenges that may appear. Cass & Dayna’s wedding day was one of those days. You would never would have guessed what was happening behind the scenes if you were only to see the gorgeous photos and heartfelt video of that day (which is the #1 reason to hire a planner). After battling the intense heat all day, minutes before the ceremony a freak hail/torrential rain storm hit, causing us to postpone the ceremony and I ultimately made the call to wait out the storm so the brides could have their dream ceremony under the arbour @evermoreottawa Between our team, the venue, and the other vendors on site, everyone raced to do anything and everything they could do keep the couple calm, while getting absolutely soaked saving florals, wiping chairs, relocating details; to be honest, it was chaos for a short time. But the clouds cleared, we started the ceremony, and a beautiful rainbow appeared as they were saying “I do” So, the next time you see a gorgeous wedding shared, please remember how much thought, detail, hard work, commitment, and love goes into each day. Every wedding day is different, some run perfectly on time and smoothly, and others don’t, and that is life. With an experienced planner, and curated vendor team, you are guaranteed that everyone is on your team. We are so thrilled to share yet another feature on the front page of @stylemepretty for Jenna & Aaron’s wedding day at @stonefields_estate ✨ Their wedding day was full of surprises, thoughtful details, heartfelt memories, and so much love. Jenna was a dream bride, with the most contagious energy and a passion for creating experiences for all of her guests. She took on many special projects for the wedding. Including hand beaded extra sparkle on her own wedding dress by @madewithlovebridal that took her over 150 hours! She also surprised her family & guests with her helicopter grand entrance to the ceremony and it was one of our favourite moments from the day.
