Video update - 10 days ago myself & @simonkingfoh completed our first ever 100km Ultramarathon @ultrachallenges - it was a personal journey for both for us in many ways, learning more about ourselves along way and pushing our mentality and will power past what we normally would and just goes to show that humans are amazing and can do anything.
We ran on behalf of @theburntchefproject@prostatecanceruk raising over £2k on the way.
We are both so proud and happy to be part of the 0.004% club of people who have done this type of challenge.

I just wanted to wish Simon King, The Fat Duck’s Managing Director, the very best of luck this year as he takes on the immense challenge of the Ironman.
Simon will be swimming 2.4 miles, cycling 112 miles, and running a marathon. He must be loopy, but it’s an incredible achievement to take on.
And in addition to that, Simon is doing something very close to my heart: raising money for Bipolar UK.
