BUT:
Sometimes one weekend is too much to handle and this past weekend was exactly that. And yes, possible exhaustion will hit like a hammer which means I wasn’t good at setting my boundaries. So I have to look after myself to be myself again. This the only way. Time for reflection and unwinding must be next. The world doesn’t help either right now.

Seeing friends at @heavenshallburnofficial was another great moment thinking it’s close to 30years now we know each other. Signing @einherjerofficial to By Norse is a fantastic new chapter to unfold. The album is just amazing. And also, the nature I am blessed to be surrounded with is a true source of strength and inspiration.

Weekly recap!
It was an emotional few days lately. Sometimes within minutes you find yourself in storm of emotions. Ivar and Enslaved made me shed some tears. I am glad I can be part of their journey for quite some time now and sometimes a simple car ride can spark an idea that changes the narrative and what we believe is possible to do. I can’t wait for everyone to hear it!
The same counts for the wonderful Wardruna documentary that gave me shivers. A reminder of time spent for one and half decades and my heart being filled with joy and gratefulness.
I appreciate music, especially when it’s a reminder of friends that passed. It hurts. But it’s part of life. I accept it. What a legacy this At the Gates Album will be.
And then there is bands you once liked and they come back with a song that blows your mind; thank you, Arch Enemy.
You watch the Olympics and find your fellow Swiss figure skater using Isa from Wardruna to skate to! What a moment once again.
