Hey friends! I have a new record out for preorder which has been about a year in the making, which is longer than I've ever spent writing an album. It's called, ahem, "The New Allanté" (if you get that reference, I love you hahahah) and ostensibly is about The New Allanté the car, a bit run down and used, but coming out on top in the end (I know, I know, my brain HA!) But if you like things like Philip Glass and Henry Cow and Telex/Lio and Mylene Farmer and Ligeti you might like some of this! Even if you don't who knows? 😁 My friend Jude did the absolutely amazing cover based off of catalog images of the original Allanté from 1986, and it was stunningly mastered by Angel Marcloid of Angel Hair Audio. ALSO! HA! My friend and once-bandmate Tom Preziosi plays guitar on the "Opera for Catherine", and it is being released by the incredibly simpatico SHIFT+CTRL Music,, in an edition of 100 glass-mastered CDs (a first for me!) in digipaks (NICE) and if you're so inclined I made 10 MiniDiscs (yes, those) which include the BINAURAL HEADPHONE MIXES in addition to the 'standard' stereo album.
Yowza. Well, listen if you're so inclined, I'd appreciate it a lot. There are 2 tracks up for preview now. The album releases on the 29th of this month, "be there or be square" hahah at the following links:

My debut album Digital Personas is out now.
This album was a great deal of fun to make, being created from around August time to making track 11 in around January I want to say as the finish line.
This album explores not just ambient but electronic rock stuff, synth stuff and just stuff that generally to be honest I haven't released in a while.
With this album I kinda want to reiterate that I don't JUST do ambient stuff all the time, it changes around to how I want, and how I think something should work.

3) This was the first bit where I started making the album, originally an unsigned project with no real goal. At that point I'd made "My Glass Lung", "New Face, New Man" and "Do You Answer The Phone?" Which weren't going to be included on the final album but I decided why not, they're still perfectly good tracks and they work well. The idea was that My Glass Lung would be the first single, so I started posting an image for each word of the title, which you can still find on Bluesky but when I got signed to @shiftctrl_music I ended up deleting the posts here because I didn't know what the direction was. 4) This one's just a fun one, it was my brother Ewan's birthday (who helped produce a track on @caersgail 's ITPWC) and we were in a pub and they had these cool Guinness posters. Nothing more to it really. 16 SEPTEMBER 2025
