Why did we make Ampwall?
Independent music is too important for one single platform (we're talking about Bandcamp) to dominate everything, especially after being sold twice in two years. Besides, they've been around for a long time and haven't made any major upgrades in a very long time. It's time for some new energy.
But we're not at all interested in just being a Bandcamp clone. We have different ideas about what a music platform should be. We lay out a lot of reasons in our mission so read that for the full story.

How does @ampwall compare to Bandcamp?
Artists on Ampwall make more per transaction. Our fees are lower and our checkout process gives buyers the opportunity to help cover those low fees, which they do 75% of the time. Buying from Ampwall gets more money to the people you want to support.
Ampwall is a public benefit company owned by a team of artists and DIY lifers; Bandcamp has been sold twice to large corporations with unknown motivations.
Bandcamp is an e-commerce platform so all paths lead back to selling things. Ampwall's goal is to go beyond e-commerce, investing in tools that bring joy and build thriving music communities, even if people aren't selling. We believe in the dignity of independent music scenes.

We have 6 @waxmagerecords bundles dropping. This is the only way to secure a Wax Mage. One of those bundles will have the Cave Sermon reference lacquer randomly inserted. This is the first playable copy of the record, used as a pre-TP way of checking the master. It’s made of acetate, so very different than a record.
About 40 infinity/OG splatters are dropping, priced at $65 plus shipping. There is a lot of variation in the color patterns on these!
Black vinyl will be $29 plus shipping.
International shipping: I will be using the Ampwall integration with Shippo to generate shipping estimates. If the actual cost is lower than what you paid, you’ll be refunded the excess.

Scroll for my brief write up (no AI used whatsoever), and for the most succinct way I could effectively describe this work. One of the most thoughtful, beautiful death metal albums ever composed. Blistering, emotional performances from Charlie and Miguel. I can’t say enough about this record. This is music that captures the essence of nature, trapped in the hideous, jagged confines of urban life.

Hey friends! I have a new record out for preorder which has been about a year in the making, which is longer than I've ever spent writing an album. It's called, ahem, "The New Allanté" (if you get that reference, I love you hahahah) and ostensibly is about The New Allanté the car, a bit run down and used, but coming out on top in the end (I know, I know, my brain HA!) But if you like things like Philip Glass and Henry Cow and Telex/Lio and Mylene Farmer and Ligeti you might like some of this! Even if you don't who knows? 😁 My friend Jude did the absolutely amazing cover based off of catalog images of the original Allanté from 1986, and it was stunningly mastered by Angel Marcloid of Angel Hair Audio. ALSO! HA! My friend and once-bandmate Tom Preziosi plays guitar on the "Opera for Catherine", and it is being released by the incredibly simpatico SHIFT+CTRL Music,, in an edition of 100 glass-mastered CDs (a first for me!) in digipaks (NICE) and if you're so inclined I made 10 MiniDiscs (yes, those) which include the BINAURAL HEADPHONE MIXES in addition to the 'standard' stereo album.
Yowza. Well, listen if you're so inclined, I'd appreciate it a lot. There are 2 tracks up for preview now. The album releases on the 29th of this month, "be there or be square" hahah at the following links:
