A staple to the women’s hoops community in Vancouver, Shenise has played college ball in Thompson Rivers while getting her degree and now runs with the legendary @amr_basketball team that won the All Native Basketball Tournament in 2022. She is highly decorated with several awards, Most Outstanding Player & High scorer in 2025, High scorer in 2024 and MVP in 2022, along with several other awards. A true community leader in the game and a staple to the Vancouver hoops scene, she is constantly giving back to the game through coaching and mentoring players. She also is a model and you can catch her on the runway at @vancouverindigenousfashionweek Nov 19-22z We look forward to seeing what she does on and off the court, especially at the ANBT in 2026!
