Cloud 909 present: Rudolf C & Shedbug. Eora Nation Salt Mines Record show
For close to a decade, Salt Mines Records has been home to an historically literate, futuristically inclined anthology of modern dance music. The Berlin-via-Naarm label understood before most how flanged, delayed and distorted sounds could create artifactual mysticism in high-fidelity environments, hosting artists like Roza Terenzi, Reptant and Escape Artist amongst founders Rudolf C and Shedbug’s own productions.

SHEDBUG @shedbug aka Geordie Elliot Kerr found his techno groove in the iconic depths of the abandoned fridge turned rave cave cool room of the Liberty Social as a teen and as a frequent creature of the back of his and others’ sheds. So it was only logical that Geordie would be forever known as SHEDBUG.
At the crisp age of 21 he was already releasing dreamy EPs, running his own label @saltminesrecords co-founded with lo-fi legend @rudolf_cee , and touring his music with his all-hardware live sets.
Salt Mines has a seemingly endless catalogue of releases featuring @escape______artist , @rozaterenzi , @_reptant , Ouxh, Zara, Lisene, DJ Barbo$$a, Hymns, Life Sciences Division and more.
SHEDBUG’s detailed, deep and out-worldly sounds have been released on Mechatronica, Lobster Theremin and Of Paradise, shared via his live performances across Europe, Asia and Down Under.

Next up we’d like to present none other than the astonishing Shedbug. With releases on Of Paradise, Lobster Theremin and Deeptrax there is a big chance you’ve heard of the Australian already. Lately, he has been busy with the Salt Mines label that he runs together with his partner in crime Rudolf C.
For DUSK214 the wizard himself prepared an eclectic masterclass; starting energetic and contagious, quickly accelerating towards a harsher maybe even experimental sound all while alternating textures and intensity. Words come too short for this masterpiece so we’d like to recommend you to just check it out, and while you’re at it: check the man's discography as well, because it contains some absolute worldies.
