Maybe this wasn’t the “best” winter.
But for thousands of kids across the country, it was the winter they got on snow for the first time. Learned to link turns. Became skiers and riders. Fell in love with our favorite sports. To us, that’s the “best” part of any winter.
69 community partners running programs. 90+ mountains and trails opening their doors. Gear partners making sure every kid had what they needed. We made winter happen wherever we could, and the kids kept coming back.
Tough season for a lot of us. Best season for a whole lot of kids.
@bgcsangpass spent the day at Big Bear working on their toe edge. By the afternoon, the whole group was linking turns.
@wildhornoutfitters kept everyone geared up and able to see where they were going, which helps when you're still figuring out how to stop.
60+ programs across the country on snow this season. Link in bio if you want in. 🏂
From unboxing to shredding in 3... 2... 1...
When a gear delivery from @Amazon shows up at your ski & ride program, you know it’s about to be on. Beanies, gloves, coats and grins for days as the crew gears up and hits the slopes.
Just add snow and smiles. Winter’s never looked better ❄️😄
One kid from @bgcpikespeak asked to skip lunch so he could get more runs in. His instructor said no. He negotiated it down to ten minutes in the lodge, max.
That's the vibe when the gear is right. Gloves from @seirus_gear meant nobody had to sit out with frozen hands. A small thing that changes everything.
BGC Pikes Peak, @AuroraMentalHealth and 60+ programs across the country are getting kids on snow this season. Our partners help make it happen.

Bluebird skies or snow flying sideways, our crew shows up either way. That's just who they are.
They're chasing runs, hyping each other up at the bottom, and figuring out that this is something they want to do forever.
One season turns into two. Two turns into "I can't imagine my winter without this." Fist bump for fresh snow, every single time.
@akova.gear takes care of the gear so our crew can take care of the memories, and the only thing on their minds is the next run.
What’s the Point?
I’ve been asking that question a lot lately—in life, on my podcast—the exploration continues, and it may never end! But one thing is absolute, this is a huge part of it. Winning, if you can’t share it, means nothing. Winning for others, WITH others, is everything. It’s for my team. For the future of snow sports. For this incredible community.
Not many things can compete with listening to 30 girls and young women giggle with excitement following a day on the mountain, and getting to giggle with them, thanks to @sharewinterfoundation and @oakleyskiing .
Days like Saturday reinvigorate my love and passion for the sport. It brings me back to when I was nine. It’s so far beyond “simply” skiing…it’s about being outside with your friends, moving your body, building each other up, finding passion in something and having an opportunity to explore that. A big goal of mine is to get more kids on snow and keep them there.
Through my work with Share Winter, we’ve raised nearly $500,000, supporting about 1,000 young skiers and riders. Making an impact isn’t just about results. It’s about paving a path for the next generation to have the same opportunities.
Together, we’re aiming to increase the goal. Next up: $1 million.

Thank you, also, to @ikonpass , @coppermtn and @togethxr 🫶
Our riders bring the determination. @adidas brings the gear. Together? That’s a whole vibe.
That chairlift ride up hits different every single time. Mountain ahead, board under your feet, and this feeling that today is going to be better than last week. We’re so glad to have them riding alongside us all season long.
Everyone starts somewhere.
Before 110 World Cup victories. Before Olympic gold(x3). Before six Overall Globes, they was a kid who fell in love with a sport.
And the thing that matters most, is making sure other kids have the same opportunity to fall in love like Mik did.
Through MikGives, we’ve helped raise nearly $500,000 for @sharewinterfoundation , supporting about 1,000 young skiers and riders. And just like Mik’s goals on the mountain, the goals keep getting bigger. Next up: $1 million.

Fog rolled in, temps dropped, and honestly? Nobody cared.
When you're out there with your crew, boards and skis ready, the mountain doesn't get to decide what kind of day you're having. You do.
@columbia1938 has been suiting up our riders all season long, so the only thing on their minds is getting back to the lift for another run.
Some days you show up ready to race your friends to the lift. Some days you show up in yellow and let the fits do the talking.
Either way, something clicks. The runs get longer, the laughs get louder, and before you know it you're dragging your friends away from their hot chocolate for one more run.
@halfdays has been in it with us all season, keeping our crew warm, bright, and ready for whatever the mountain brings.
Snow + Friends = Best Day Ever.
Fresh show, warm gear, and your best friends: that’s what dreams are made of.
We’re so happy that @CrabGrab is part of our shred squad. Keeping us warm and stylish while we master our turns and build our confidence.
Mitten high five!
