Something for a lifetime..
On one of the first days, we tried to go by ourselves to one of the local sectors. We saw the rock, it was just there.
@cocuun was with the guidebook, but we reached the jungle, got stuck and turned around.
Later that day, we told that to the local Cumbira climbing kids. They said theyโll take us and come climbing there, โbut bring mechetesโ.
In the hot boiling sun, they just told us to wait in the shade, while they were opening the path. And whoa, that was a mission ๐
It was a very tiny but one of those mind blowing moments for me- how much you can learn from this simple, yet complex reality. Itโs different, itโs creative, itโs happy, itโs hard, itโs interesting.
Whaaa, still not sure how to ever describe this trip. Itโll take some time to process, but the bridge
@climbingforareason created here for this remote village and region is such a unique opportunity that could bring so much to everyone whoโs involved. And some really good climbers,

Village dinners, tropical rains, some climbing, board sessions, jungle explorations, sketchy drives, crag sessions with 50 kids, normal fun times.. And more to come. For now I can say I'm just grateful to have had the chance to take a small part in this big thing
@tompaulrandall who is total legend, created a dream team that I canโt imagine a better one to experience all of these crazy days together ๐๐ป
